"I thought coming to Singapore on my own would be very intimidating, but everyone here at the Summer Tavern has made me feel at home. They have given me great advice and I have been able to see many things. The Summer Tavern is in a great location and makes it easy to get around. Everything here is clean and welcoming and I recommend it to anyone going to Singapore.

Been travelling for 3 months around Australia and can say this hostel has been the best! Surely some of the guesthouses around the rest of South East Asia will be a bit of a shock now! "This place is awesome. Open for only two weeks, it is already a classic. Definitely one of the best hostels we have stayed in during our trip around the USA, Cook Island, Fiji, NZ and Oz. Actually, it feels more like a hotel with all the service. Cleanliness is a keyword of this place, free internet makes the place very attractive. We cannot do anything else than only give compliments. Last but not least, the staff is brilliant. Khalil, Lina & the rest keep up the good work. Good luck with you "gold mine". See you in six weeks." |

"Hello SUMMER TAVERN!
WE really really enjoyed our stay here! It was only three days, though, but enough to see that this hostel is great!
It's got everything that we consider important for a hostel:
-CLEANLINESS -GOOD, COMFORTABLE BED -REAL MATRESSES -BREKKIE -FRIENDLY STAFF -CLEAN BATHROOM (!!) -WARM BLANKETS -AIR-CON -CENTRALLY LOCATED and most of all -> KEEPS WHAT IT PROMISES!
We've not been disappointed!
We wish you a good start and many many guests in the future (& with that hot chocolate we bet you will!) and best luck with all your future plans!
